If we don't have your size shirt in stock just message us- info@doorcountyclassic.com   

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Door County Classic.  Because each item is handmade using a Silk screening process we understand that sometimes there may be a human error.  However we inspect our merchandise after it comes back from the printers thoroughly.  We haven't had any returns to date.

We will accept exchanges if you would kindly get in touch with us to let us know within 7 days of delivery of your item and then get the product back to us within a 14 day window. We can be reached at info@doorcountyclassic.com  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Your complete satisfaction is our utmost concern.

We cannot accept returns on Custom orders or Sale items, unless you want another Sale item of the same cost, just a different style or size.  

Also note, that we will do our very best to get you the style, size, and color of items when they are sold out.  Stock of some items fluctuates greatly and availability can be sporadic at times.   Please get in touch with us for any special orders or concerns.  In your delivery you will receive all of our contact information and where to send an item back for your replacement. 

Once an order is received, we will do our best to package up your order and get it out the door.  Please allow time for handling and shipping.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for an exchange, we imply that you consent to our collecting that information and using that information for that Specific reason only.  Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.  They store your data on a secure server.  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is needed to complete your purchase transaction.  After that is complete, your information is deleted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, with out express written permission by us.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the Door County Classic store.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  Our products may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our Return & Exchange Policy.  You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  For more details, please review our Exchange Policy.  Prices for our products are subject to change and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for this modification, price change or discontinuance of a product due to actions beyond our control.
